Gluten Free Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels

Gluten Free Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels

If you are newly diagnosed and still remember what real bagels taste like, don't try these....
They don't taste like real bagels, but are pleasantly chewy and the cinnamon and raisins give good flavour. In the last 8 years, the only bagels I've eaten have been Glutino [not available in Cape Town] so I LOVED these. Definitely worth the effort.

I soaked the raisins overnight in rooibos and used 1 tablespoon cinnamon. I boiled the bagels for 2 minutes each side so
they were chewy. Once they were baked and cooled, I froze most of them. Defrost and toast for bagels on demand!!
I used the recipe on Glutenfreeda's site
